Acqurio Tech Private Limited ("we", "our", "us") operates the AT ERP mobile application ("App").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when users ("you", "your") use our mobile application and related services.

Feature availability may vary by organisation and department configuration in the ERP.

  • Login credentials (username; passwords are encrypted)
  • Any information you submit in the ERP modules such as attendance, work logs, approvals, documents, etc.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the app, we may automatically collect:

  • Device details (model, OS version, device ID)
  • IP address
  • App usage data
  • Log files
  • Crash reports and performance analytics

We do not collect any data unrelated to your use of the ERP system.

1.3 Location and GPS Data

When enabled for your organisation and user role, the app may collect:

  • Foreground location for attendance, machine working start/end, and related operational workflows
  • Background location during an active machine working trip
  • GPS route points, timestamps, and related accuracy metadata used for ERP operational reporting

Background location tracking starts only after the required permission is granted, and stops when the trip ends or the user logs out.

Geofencing logic (if used) is configured and processed on the ERP/server side using uploaded location data; it is not processed as on-device geofence rules in the mobile app.

1.4 Information from Your Organisation

Your employer or company administrator may provide additional user details required for ERP access, such as:

  • Designation
  • Access permissions
  • Project/department mapping

We do not control how your organisation manages or updates these details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

  • Authenticate user access to the ERP system
  • Deliver ERP features (attendance, approvals, tasks, store, HR, accounts, etc.)
  • Operate GPS and machine-working related workflows where enabled
  • Improve app performance and user experience
  • Provide technical support
  • Maintain system security and audit trails
  • Comply with legal or regulatory requirements (where applicable)

We never sell your personal data.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

3.1 Within Your Organisation

Your employer/organisation may access user activity, reports, and ERP-related data.

Permissions are used only for the functional purposes of the ERP system.

7. Third-Party Services Used

The app may integrate:

  • Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging)
  • Google Maps / location services (where applicable)
  • Microsoft services (if configured)
  • Other ERP-related integrations used by your organisation

Each service follows its own privacy policy.
