Acceptance of terms
By accessing acquriotech.com or engaging Acqurio Tech Private Limited ("Acqurio Tech") for services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide software, AI, web, mobile, cloud, design, QA and marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement.
Quotes & engagement
Quotes are based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated. Work begins once scope and commercial terms are agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
On full payment, intellectual property in the deliverables we create specifically for you is assigned to you, unless otherwise agreed. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how.
Payment
Fees, milestones and payment terms are set out in your agreement. Late payment may pause work. Third-party costs (e.g. licences, hosting) are passed through unless stated otherwise.
Confidentiality
We treat your confidential information with care and will sign an NDA on request. Each party agrees not to disclose the other's confidential information without consent.
Warranties & disclaimer
We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the website and services are provided “as is” without further warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the relevant agreement. You remain responsible for fees for work performed up to termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in your contract.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
